FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders. Your order includes a tracking code so you can follow it from production to your door.

All our pieces are made on a per-order basis. The estimates below represent the total time from the day of order to delivery.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your tracking number to update after shipment.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your tracking number to update on the carrier's system. If your tracking shows "no information available at the moment," this is normal during the first few days after shipment.

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking still shows no information, please contact us at support@shoptherichmond.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that plans can change. You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel or make modifications at no charge.

After this window, your order moves into production and changes may no longer be possible.

If you need to update your shipping address, change the frame, or adjust any detail, please do so within this 1-hour window by contacting us immediately at support@shoptherichmond.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under our Return Policy.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping. If part of your order has not arrived, check your tracking information before contacting us.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes once items have shipped.

We do everything possible to pre-clear shipments, but some packages may still be subject to customs fees depending on your country's regulations.

By purchasing from The Richmond, you agree that any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an order is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs fees, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund along with a 25% restocking fee.
